Cameron, doing business under the fictitious name and style of Spidell Motor Freight and Storage Service, hereinafter called defendant, upon a promissory note for $300 for money loaned defendant. The case came on for trial before the court sitting without a jury, and judgment was rendered in favor of plaintiff, whereupon this appeal was taken.
